2025 Charitable Organizations
From June to October, Emiliano’s will feature a unique cocktail each month at one of its locations, with a portion of sales supporting a designated charity.
Schedule of Events
Each month, Emiliano’s will host a Pop-Up event at a local business near one of its four Pittsburgh locations. Throughout the month, a special cocktail will be featured at Emiliano’s, with a portion of the proceeds supporting a designated charity.
The After Party
Guests are invited to join the fun at the Emiliano’s location near each month’s Pop-Up event from 6-8 PM, featuring tequila tastings, the special charity cocktail, and a lively community celebration.

Charities who benefit from Pop-Up Around Pittsburgh vary each year. We encourage local charities to contact us to get involved and join the waitlist to be a beneficiary of a Pop-Up at one of our four Emiliano’s locations. Charities who have been involved in Pop-Up Around Pittsburgh include the Mario Lemieux Foundation, Brashear Foundation, Crisis Center North, Glimmer of Hope, and Bethel Park Community Foundation.

A Pop-Up will take place on the first Thursday of every month from June - October at a local business near an Emiliano’s location in Pittsburgh.
The Pop-Up will go from 4-7PM featuring free tastings from Emiliano’s and the opportunity to win prizes from several local businesses! You’re welcome to join us at the local Emiliano’s afterwards from 6-8PM for tequila tastings, to try the special cocktail, and have fun celebrating community.
