This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information across our website, online ordering, email and SMS programs, catering inquiries, and in-restaurant interactions.

• Email Club sign-ups — first name, email address, home Emiliano's location, and birthday (month and day only)
• VIP Club (SMS) sign-ups — mobile phone number and opt-in metadata (see our SMS Privacy Policy)
• Catering and event inquiries — name, email, phone, event date, guest count, catering type, and any details you choose to share in the message field
• Online orders — name, contact info, order details, and payment information (handled by SpotOn, our ordering provider)
• Any other information you choose to share when you contact us by email, phone, or in person

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, time spent, referring website
• Device data — browser type, operating system, screen size, IP address (in approximate form for analytics)

• Mailchimp (Intuit) — sends our Email Club newsletter and stores the email addresses, names, locations, and birthdays you provide at sign-up.
• SpotOn — handles online ordering, including payment processing for to-go orders.
• FormSubmit — relays catering and event inquiry form submissions to our team.
• Google Analytics — provides aggregated, anonymized analytics about how visitors use our website.
• SMS messaging provider — transmits our VIP Club text messages (see SMS Privacy Policy).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, as long as you're subscribed to the Email Club or VIP Club, plus any period required for legal, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

• Email opt-out. Every Email Club message includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@emilianospgh.com and we'll remove you.
• SMS opt-out. Text STOP to 412-520-8438 at any time.
• Access & correction. You can ask us what information we have about you and request corrections.
• Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to limited legal recordkeeping requirements.
• State privacy laws. If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights — including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not engage in either), and the right to non-discrimination. We'll respond to your request within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and marketing programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@emilianospgh.com and we'll delete it.

11. Visitors Outside the United States

Emiliano's Mexican Table is based in Pennsylvania, USA. Our website, online ordering, and marketing programs are intended for U.S. residents.
