1. Scope

This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Emiliano's Mexican Table ("Emiliano's," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you share with us through our SMS text-message program, the VIP Club. This policy applies in addition to our general Privacy Policy, which governs the website and our other services. It should be read together with our SMS Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

When you enroll in or interact with the VIP Club, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• Opt-in metadata — the date, time, and method you used to opt in (for example, texting VIPCLUB to our number or submitting a sign-up form on our website)
• Message content you send us — for example, replies, opt-in keywords, opt-out keywords, and any text you choose to send back
• Delivery and engagement data — whether messages were delivered, opened where measurable, or replied to (used to operate the program and prevent abuse)

We do not collect any other information about you through the VIP Club unless you choose to provide it.

3. No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information we collect through the VIP Club — including your mobile phone number, opt-in metadata, and message content — are excluded from third-party sharing for marketing.

The only situations in which we share VIP Club information with third parties are:

• Service providers who help us operate the Program (for example, the SMS platform that actually transmits your text messages). These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to deliver our Program and not for their own marketing.
• Legal compliance. If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of our guests, team, or the public.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect through the VIP Club to:

• Send you the text messages you signed up to receive (offers, event invites, restaurant news)

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your mobile phone number and opt-in metadata for as long as you are subscribed to the VIP Club. If you opt out, we retain a record of your opt-out (for example, a do-not-text flag on your number) so we can honor your request and avoid contacting you again. Other information may be kept for a longer period where required by law or for legitimate business recordkeeping.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect VIP Club information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is ever 100% secure, but we work with reputable, industry-standard SMS providers and follow carrier-required practices.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• Opt out anytime. Text STOP to 412-520-8438 to be removed from the VIP Club. You'll receive a confirmation text and no further marketing messages from us through this Program.
• Access & correction. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you in connection with the VIP Club, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@emilianospgh.com.
• Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to limited legal recordkeeping requirements.
• State privacy rights. If you live in a U.S. state with a privacy law that provides additional rights (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or others), you may exercise those rights as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Children

The VIP Club is intended for U.S. residents aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect SMS information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with their mobile information, please contact us at info@emilianospgh.com and we'll remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by text message before they take effect. Your continued use of the VIP Club after a change has been announced means you accept the updated policy.
