How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal — especially for weekend or holiday events. We do our best to accommodate shorter timelines, especially for smaller groups. Call us if you're working with less than a week.
What's your minimum guest count?
Custom Catering starts at 30 guests. For smaller gatherings (6–30), our Family Packs are the right move — order online with no inquiry needed.
Do you offer buffet setup?
Yes. Every order can add a full buffet setup — stands, chafing pans, sterno, and serving utensils — sized to your headcount, so your spread is ready to serve the moment it arrives. Delivery may be available depending on distance and timing; ask when you inquire.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do our best. Vegetarian and gluten-free (corn tortillas) options are standard. Tell us about your guests' needs in the inquiry form and we'll build the menu accordingly. Please note our kitchens handle all ingredients, so we can't guarantee against cross-contamination for severe allergies.
Where do you cater?
Anywhere in the Greater Pittsburgh area — most often the South Hills, North Hills, Cranberry, Mars, Gibsonia, Wexford, Sewickley, Bethel Park, Mt. Lebanon, and into the city. Outside those areas? Call us — we'll figure it out.
